The online store website package costs $6500 ex GST including one round of changes/revisions and up to 10 products*.

To secure your place in our schedule we’ll ask for a 30% confirmation payment. We’ll then invoice you again 4 weeks later with the remainder due on completion of the project or 8 weeks later, whichever comes first.

Additional changes may be subject to a fee.

We use a 6 step approach to our website design projects:

1. 1. Onboarding – this includes your design consult and completing a website questionnaire so we have all the info we need to build your website
      
      
   2. Website setup – we create your WordPress site and get it ready for the design phase
      
      
   3. Concept design – this is where you get to see your new website design! We design your home page first and present it to you for design approval

       

   4. Design and build – once you’re happy with your homepage design we’ll start building and designing the rest of your website pages
      
      
   5. Test and optimisation – this is where we do all the behind the scenes work that makes your website faster, look better on mobiles and score well for Google
      
      
   6. Website launch – now you can roll out your new website! We’ll give you your user guide and video tutorial, along with your launch pack so you can promote your new website and start getting it seen online!

This is the right package for you if:

• You need a complete online store with multiple products and online payments
• You want an easy to use website platform that doesn’t charge huge monthly fees and commissions on your sales
• You like the style of our work and would like a professional to bring your online store to life

This may not be for you if:

• You only have a couple of simple products to sell or don’t need to take online payments (you may only need a business website package with a sales form add-on)
• You don’t have your products finalised or know when you’ll have the information we need to build your site 
• You’re already committed to another platform such as Shopify or Squarespace. We can design on these platforms but will need to create a custom quote for you, contact us and we can talk.
• You’re not interested in our creative input or experience and just want a quick and cheap website

Lovely logo package – $950
Love your logo with a simple, custom-designed logo and style guide cheat sheet. We include your new logo in a variety of formats for use in print and online, as well as different size and colour options so you’ll always have exactly what you need. Our handy cheat sheet guide shows you how to best use your logo, along with your brand colours.

Social media setup + content kickstart – $750
We’ll handle all the essentials, including setting up a professional social media account with a beautifully branded profile picture and cover, as well as a carefully crafted bio that captures your unique personality.

We’ll also create 8 engaging posts to get you started, including a combination of introductions, service showcases, behind-the scenes glimpses, testimonials, educational tips, interactive posts, inspirational quotes, promotions, and
clear calls-to-action to suit your business and brand. Includes 2 basic reels, 3 carousels (3 tiles), and 3 still images or designs.

How long will it take?

This often depends on how long it takes you to supply us with information, provide feedback and give final approval. We can complete the process in 6-8 weeks if everything goes smoothly.

I also need a logo, can you do that?

Yes! We specialise in building your brand across platforms so we can roll out your new brand online with a new website. We can also help you setup social media and make sure it integrates with your website and brand.

What ongoing costs are there?

WordPress is a free platform that you can host anywhere, so your only ongoing cost is your annual website hosting and your annual domain renewal (your website address e.g. mybusiness.com.au). Our packages include 12 months free website hosting, after that hosting is from $14/month charged annually. We also include 3 months free website care plan, after that you can manage the website yourself or we can take care of it for you from $30/month.

What platform do you use and why?

WordPress is our preferred website platform (here’s a post explaining why)and we use a visual page builder called Elementor so that it’s super easy to update your website without code. Other platforms like Square, Shopify and Wix have limited design and functionality options, high monthly fees and can’t be moved from one platform to another. However if you’re already committed to one of these platforms we can work with specialist developers to make you a beautiful website, contact us for a quote.
