All packages include one round of changes/revisions and are invoiced every 4 weeks in advance.

We use a 5 step approach to our social media management projects:
- Onboarding – this includes your design consult and completing a social media questionnaire
- Social media strategy – we spend the first 4 weeks of your plan developing your simple social media strategy. This includes content pillars, hashtag ideas and social style guide.
- Strategy approval – this is where you get to see how we’ll take your social media from ordinary to extraordinary! We will require you to provide us with photos/blog/video content to use.
- Content creation – once you’re happy with your social strategy we’ll start creating content ready to start posting the following month. You can request changes or approve your posts easily online.
- Ongoing success – now you can relax knowing that we’re taking care of your social media!
- Onboarding – this includes your design consult and completing a social media questionnaire

The Business Website includes up to 5 pages, professional copywriting, search engine optimisation, a user guide, 12 months of WordPress website hosting, and a 3-month website care plan, providing a comprehensive solution for a robust online presence.

How long will it take to see results?
Social media success isn’t achieved overnight, the aim is to grow awareness and trust in your business so that you’re the first people they think of when they need your product or service. For this reason we recommend making social media part of your ongoing marketing strategy. Typically it takes at least 3 months to start growing your following.
Do I need to do anything?
Yes, we still require you to supply us with good quality photos, videos or other content (like blogs, articles etc) that we can use to create your content. You will also need to approve the posts and captions we create for you and give us any changes before we publish them. You will also get better results if you actively use your business profile to like and comment on other peoples posts, this helps get your name out there even more.
Do I need a website?
You do need some kind of call to action that you want people to take, this is usually directing people to your website so they can call you, book a meeting, buy your product etc. (this also helps your website SEO). If you need a website we can build you one, check out our packages here.
