This brand questionnaire gives us the information we will need to start your brand design project.

We want you to LOVE the brand we build for you, so the more information you can give us in this phase the better (please don’t worry if you can’t fill in every field though!).

Firstly, what's your email address? The best email address to contact you on for concepts, revisions etc.

What is your Brand’s Name? Spelled out exactly as you’d like it to appear in the logo.

Is there a tagline or description that should be a part of the logo? Spelled out exactly as you’d like it to appear in the logo.

Is there a unique story behind the name? How, when and why did you start this business?

What is your Brand Mission Statement? Your Mission Statement is WHO you are, WHAT you do, WHO you help and HOW you help them in 2-3 sentences. Feel free to start with My/Our mission is...

What adjectives do you want people to associate with your brand? If it is easier, start with adjectives that describe how someone feels before/during/after your service/product.

Who is the your ideal client? General description of the demographic you serve, usually includes gender, age, socio-economic status, pain points etc.

What are your brand’s core values? What values do you wish for your brand to embody? Values could be attributes like integrity, environmentally or socially conscious, empowerment etc.

What makes your business 'brag-worthy'? What would an existing customer say about your business?

What brands do you love? What do you love about those brands?

What three adjectives would you use to describe how you want your brand to look?

Are there colours or symbols you'd particularly like to see in the brand design? Anything to absolutely avoid?

What are three brand logos you love, and why do you admire them? Upload screenshots/images here.
